- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their social media skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in content creation and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising strategies is a plus.
